Stefan Lung selected for Spotlight Talk at London Calling 2026

We congratulate Stefan Lung, PhD student in the Stoiber research group, on being selected to present a Spotlight Talk at London Calling 2026 in London, UK.

London Calling is Oxford Nanopore Technologies’ largest annual conference, bringing together researchers and users of Oxford Nanopore DNA/RNA sequencing technology from around the world to share their latest work and advances. Stefan’s contribution was selected from a large number of submitted abstracts from international research groups — and his participation is fully sponsored by Oxford Nanopore Technologies.

• 21 May 2026 — 10-minute main talk, time and stage depending on audience vote:

  • As Spotlight runner-up: Side stage, 15:00–15:50 BST (live streamed)
