Tiroler Firmenlauf 2026: Running as a Team

This year, the Institute of Virology took part in the Tiroler Firmenlauf. Seven of our colleagues went to the start, forming one team from Virology and one from our Diagnostics unit.

We didn’t bring home a trophy this time, but that was never the main goal. MUI had set up two large catering tents, which made for a great spot to relax after the run and catch up with colleagues from other departments of the university. The weather was on our side too, although it was almost a bit too warm for running.

You can find the official group photo of the MUI participants in MUI’s LinkedIn post.

Thank you to everyone who took part and represented the institute!
