Transition to a New Laboratory Information System (LIS)

As of 1 October 2026, we are switching to a new laboratory information system (LIS). This places our laboratory workflows on a new technical foundation and lays the groundwork for future developments towards fully digital processes.

Over the past nine months, we have prepared intensively for this transition and taken all necessary measures to ensure that you continue to receive your results in the usual form. Nevertheless, occasional irregularities or delays in the transmission of results may occur during the introductory phase.

If you notice any such discrepancies or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us:
Phone: +43 512 9003 71710
E-mail: diagnostik@i-med.ac.at

We are doing our utmost to keep any disruption to a minimum and thank you in advance for your understanding.

The new system also forms the basis for the future introduction of an order entry system. In the near future, this will make it possible to request laboratory tests and add-on testing electronically.

We will, of course, keep you informed in good time about further developments and improvements.

Thank you for your continued good cooperation.

Kind regards,
